Delivery CHARGES

Standard fee will be charged on delivery’s out side the free delivery zone (please contact your nearest branch for more information) and the distance will impacted the fee although we always attempt to ensure that be make this as cost effective as possible to all our clients. Note Free delivery’s on orders over R 500.00 as per the delivery zone

Orders will be delivered during normal trading hours unless a special arrangement was made prior to delivery. Standard delivery times is 08h30 and 15h00 on work day. Ensure that somebody is available at the delivery address to receive the order to prevent a None delivery as dis will insure additional cost.

Contact Person Name Surname – whom will receive the goods ID Number – for delivery conversation Contact number It is the client or representatives receiving the goods responsibility to Check the Invoice and delivery note against the offloaded merchandised and note any damage, missing items on the delivery note, and to send and email to Sales@plumbcity.co.za with in 48 hour
